Pablo is a first-generation Mexican-American director. His work has taken him into the Andes mountains, documenting the Q’eros, the last Inca community. He covered the 2018 border crisis in Tijuana, gaining access to refugee camps and documenting stories of migration. Under the scrutiny of the Trump administration, Pablo embedded himself with migrant construction workers in Florida to understand the realities of those who make it to the other side. His latest commercial work for Artist Boat helped raise funds to preserve the last piece of undeveloped land on Galveston Island.
